    ... technical scale to non technical workers i don t know your friend and his participation to translate windows products for the ms but i have experience to use russian version of windows 95 nt 3 11 i don t advice to anyone to use any of them and i don t know russian sw engineers who uses russian versions of ms products at work except guys focused on russian market i don t think russian versions are worse or better of afgan version i think they have same quality below native english versions does it mean there are no needs to translate ms office into russian no when you want to give a product to people who has no idea about computer and who has no idea about other countries you have to translate the product and do many others works around to get money out from new customer you see the point that is special kind of work to get a person to pay as much as software giant wants web site freelancer accordingly your story your friend made it done and forget about ones i know that kind of work and can gauge at that point your friend implemented some template with his own modifications...

    ... kaliningrad svetlogorsk the places when i get my best friends when i grew up and when i learned what human life is about i remember our nights in wild forest far away from our parents after hunting for poisoned snakes to surprise our girls in estonia my best friend and me designed our first jet we where 13 years old boys and i did a mistake in engine trust calculation didn t take a jet engine design class to that time my best friend was a test pilot 13 years old and when he did a lift off the engine blow away my friend lost his left eye we were happy together then he managed to survive and we didn t fired alive together when strong fire grew up much above of the tallest pine trees we managed to shut it down when we walked together in forest not woods real forest we collect ammunition saved from wwii our toys were real not faked guns pistols artillery shells even german land mines we learned to disarm land mines together but sometimes someone from our group lost his attention and his life in forest about 5-8 boys lost their life every spring when snow melted and we moved in to explore our wild nature again at once every boy from my class came in school with german pistols budges pins and crosses we did weapons exchange that day funny isn t it 6th grade boys with pistols someone brought even german soldiers shoes he digs out from an old german fox hole near his house my life in moscow just added more friends to me you see i like my past in today independent states everywhere i left friends from my boyhood i know how difficult to leave my best friend forever and to know i never ever will see my friend again and will not get a help from him will not touch his helping hands probably that is a typical story of russian boy who grew up in small towns near military bases in baltic states and in konigsberg kaliningrad in modern latvia people like me called people without motherland perecati pole in russian the point from my story i keep myself out from any official expressions i just have a human life and i hope to be a good friend and reliable person and i never ever asked myself about патриотизм you asked me first and i tried to answer may be i m not a patriot may be i don t know my friends know better about me

    ... what is wrong with that to me when i came with my girlfriend to clean a small creek near saltykovka are very bright memories about my life in moscow we clean a creek till lunch and i moved wet woods in safe place to setup a lunch fire together we cooked our hot meal and walked around that was really nice and romantic do you really believe in тысячелетний рейх with human face i have an equation like multiplication of quality of a person relations with others people by factor of quality of a person relations with his her place like nature or town etc patriotism human relations quality place relations quality multiplier factor and product have discrete values between 0 and 1 including limits in normal life people don t count patriotism levels and if a person has patriotism less then 1 people don t use words like a half patriot the one is not a patriot if he she has less then 1 in patriotism level human relations quality is quality of human relations between a person and people local to him or her and far away as well something like your readiness to help to your friends and strangers if they need for help even if they are in other country and far away from you to get 1 here you need to be reliable friend do your best at work care about your family...
