    ... not an angel could make a mistake just point wrong things out please frankly what is your reaction for words теоретик из меня никудышный экспериментатор тоже фиговый personally i appreciate that kind of self honesty when person comes up with idea how he she could switch his her profession to be a professional i feel this case hasn t positive suggestion for self-improvement but has a way to pretend for her own value as a professional my point is if you make a mistake and choose a wrong profession it is not bad if you find things you really like to do and make a step into new field to become a valuable person and a good professional in the field looks like it is different case about business in moscow i found too many people i don t say the 100 of population in moscow overestimate of themselves for compare with chinese and indian guys i see a lot of my coworkers from india from china from germany from france and certainly from the us who works hard for self-improvement who puts many heavy hours to become a professional or to become the best professional in the field i personally was proud to work for 1 year with young indian engineer who dedicated the whole his life that time for digital signal processing math he worked hard to be selected by philips company as a lead of the philips dsp division just in 3 years after his graduation from indian institute of technology i see a lot of talented students at work place who i m sure shortly after graduation get leading technology positions at microsoft at intel at moto freescale and with others the world premier technology companies how russia could even dream to compete with the west russia has a system when some students are not really going to work at the field they spent years to study for other problem poor russian economics doesn t work to improve quality of national education the good thing russia has huge population and there are many talents between russians i advise businesses to find a talent in russia and to invite him her to work in normal country or to export relatively low skill jobs expansive at the west for russia i think suggested way is more economically effective then to have a business unit in russia certainly for india and china i advise to open businesses overthere you see how russian traditions and russian cultural history work against russia nova days an example shame for any russian you know about intel international science and engineering fair isn t it last year the one had been in portland or and i voluntary decided to take a day off from my work to help high school students from russia to represent their work in english as an interpreter i meet many interesting young russian students who dreams about science and technology that was good except just few of them who was not able to explain some details about work they made i asked more questions to clear out and i learned the guys are from families of russian scientists and their parents and parents subordinates with phd and doctor of science degrees worked to make the results the students pretend to show as their own work what could be your reaction when you see such things i was upset
